Diana & Dave are Married! | The Ashby Inn | Paris, Virginia

I first met Diana and Dave at a small coffee shop in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and immediately fell in love with them both. Over breakfast and coffee–we discussed their unique concept for a farmer’s market wedding, inspired by their self-pronounced status as ‘foodies.’ The couple’s love for cooking and local food made the theme an obvious choice, and lent itself beautifully to their chosen venue, the lovely Ashby Inn in Paris, Virginia. This charming bed and breakfast is famed for its delicious (and beautiful) food, all made from local ingredients. The Inn is also significant for the couple in another way. Diana and Dave, who met in college in Ohio, have been regulars of the Ashby for many years, a locale where they have celebrated a number of anniversaries, and which will now represent a new type of anniversary! I am honored to have been a part of their intimate May day wedding, which was filled with joy, laughter and an abundance of love. Thank you Dave and Diana for inviting me to share your wonderful day, and congratulations on your new status as Mr. and Mrs.! May you have many wonderful years together!
